Ribeiro

António Ribeiro is the restaurant’s resident chef. His connection to Sala de Corte dates back to the days when it occupied different premises and had only 28 place settings, and as a result he feels completely at home. After studying kitchen management at the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Lisboa, he worked at York House and 1300 Taberna. His greatest pleasure is to take a project and give it life, getting his hands dirty and working as part of a team, especially in an atmosphere like that at Sala de Corte.
